  • Scroll down the front page and browse through the list of available courses OR choose between a live class or an online class from the menu above.
  • Choose your profession, for example, under the ‘Online Continuing Education‘ menu above, choose ‘Construction Contractors‘ if you are seeking a course approved by the construction industry licensing board of Florida
  • Choose the course bundle or course you want based on the number of continuing education credit hours
  • Click on the course and you will be prompted to log in or create a new account if this is your first time
  • If this is your first time, click ‘Create new account
  • Complete the new account form. Ensure you include all necessary information like your license number(s), mailing address (where we will send the promotional items to), etc.
  • An email will be sent to the email address your provided, for confirmation, as soon as you click on the link in the email to confirm your account, you will be taken to the payment site
  • Click the ‘Send payment via PayPal‘ button and you will be directed to the PayPal secure payment site (NOTE: You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment)
  • When on PayPal payment site, you can either pay with online banking or pay using a credit or debit card
  • As soon as you complete payment, you will be redirected to the course portal were you can immediately start viewing the course contents

The CILB requires “That the student will be required to complete a statement at the beginning and end of the course that indicates that he/she personally completed each module/session of instruction“.


You can cancel your registration in a course if you mistakenly purchased the wrong CE course. You will need to contact us by email OR phone to reassign you to the correct CE course. Please ensure you carefully review the course description to ensure it is what you need for your license before purchasing the course. Cancellation of a course DOES NOT mean you get a refund; you will only be reassigned to the correct course. Your request for cancellation should be made within 24 hours of purchasing the course.



Online Courses

You can request an online course exchange of equal or lesser value if the online course was purchased in error. The request for exchange needs to be made within 24 hours of purchasing the course. Please ensure you carefully review the course description before purchasing a course. Contact us by phone or email if you have any questions or need clarification on any course before purchasing the course.


Live Classroom Courses

You can request an exchange of equal or lesser value for a live classroom course at least 15 days before the scheduled course. 


You can exchange a live classroom course for an online course and vice versa, provided you pay any difference in price. Please contact us by email or phone to discuss.



All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please, thoroughly review the course description before purchasing the course.

You will have immediate access to the course as soon as you have successfully paid for the course. In other words, the course will be added to your profile and available for you to view the contents immediately.

You will have access to the course for one year from the date of purchase.
